Job Summary
The Power Platform is a low-code platform that enables users to create customized solutions to meet business challenges and drive empowerment. The Power Platform Manager will work within the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) to design strategic visions with leadership, equip associates with necessary skills, and drive value through adoption of the Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide guidance to Compass Group leadership related to adoption, use case identification, and best practices.
+ Participate in the Power Platform training and evangelism activities, such as conducting workshops, hackathons, demos, and open hours, and sharing resources and tips.
+ Monitor the Power Platform usage, performance, and health, using the CoE Starter Kit and other tools, and act on any identified anomalies or issues.
+ Deliver end user support for the Power Platform, including resolving tickets, answering queries, providing guidance, and escalating issues as needed.
+ Provide technical support for the Power Platform makers, including assisting with app development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with the standards and practices defined by the CoE.
+ Collaborate with other members of the CoE to identify and implement best practices, enhancements, and updates for the Power Platform.
Required Skills:
+ At least 4 years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform or similar low-code platforms.
+ Strong knowledge of the Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Dynamics 365.
+ Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership.
+ Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience in defining and implementing support processes, monitoring tools, and service level agreements for the Power Platform.
+ Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies is a plus.
