As a low-code and no-code solution engineer, you know how to harness the latest technologies by developing low-code platforms and creating user-friendly solutions for your clients. We’re looking for an experienced solution engineer like you to support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready, solving our clients’ most complex challenges.
As a senior low-code and no-code solution engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll hone your skills in programming languages and databases, using little to no code to identify new techniques and improve the digital environment. You’ll use the latest cloud tools as you look for ways to support your team and develop creative solutions. Using your technical knowledge and your appetite to learn, you’ll work cross-collaboratively to automate and accelerate cloud modernization and reduce system maintenance and development costs. You’ll be a trusted advisor to your clients as you translate their IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.

You Have:
6+ years of experience using Tableau or Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
6+ years of experience with systems engineering, including model-based systems engineering, and developing modern IT or network systems for cloud, networks, or cybersecurity
6+ years of experience in a leadership role, overseeing technical teams
Experience with implementing business process improvements through requirements analysis, business analysis, and technical writing
Experience in using programming or scripting languages such as Power FX and DAX
Experience with designing and implementing Power Automate Flows for process automation
Experience with Microsoft Power Query, Databricks, or SQL for data engineering, and MS Dataverse
Secret clearance

Nice If You Have:
Experience with developing and managing low-code and no code solutions from vision to production-ready, translating real world needs into technical specifications, tailoring toward business processes improvement, and creating user-friendly solutions for defense clients
Experience leading engineering efforts to design, develop, and evolve systems with advanced technology solutions while ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met
Experience in working with web development tools and languages, including C#, JavaScript or jQuery, Angular, React, REST services, JSON, HTML5, XML, CSS3, or XSL
Experience with Power Platform architectural design principles, administration, and governance
Experience with SharePoint M365 development and migration
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Microsoft Power Platform Certification
Microsoft M365 Administration Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
