**Job Description**
The Power Platform Technical Product Manager oversees both the technical and strategic facets of the Power Platform to support the objectives of our enterprise organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Platform administration center, environments, and DLP policies.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead Power Platform solution development and management aligned with organizational goals.
+ Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize feature enhancements and product improvements.
+ Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
+ Maintain expertise in Power Platform administration center functionalities.
+ Manage Power Platform environments for efficient and secure operations.
+ Optimize existing apps and workflows to enhance performance and reliability.
+ Review, document, develop, and improve operational support procedures for Power Platform procedures and governance.
+ Keep abreast of the latest Power Platform advancements and best practices.
+ Moderate the Viva Engage Power Platform community to encourage engagement and knowledge sharing.
+ Offer expert Power Platform assistance and advice to users.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
+ Typically, three to five years of relevant experience
**Required Technical Skills/Experience:**
+ In depth knowledge Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate)
+ Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate builds in a large organization.
+ Experience in Power Platform admin center, environments & DLP policies.
**Preferred Skills/Experience:**
+ **Preferred Technical Skills:** Experience with Dataverse and building custom API connectors. CoPilot Studio knowledge.
+ **Problem Solving:** Ability to identify user needs and business challenges and creatively leverage Power Platform capabilities to design effective solutions including **building consultation requests.**
+ **Project Management:** Skills in managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
+ **Communication and Collaboration:** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and to manage customer expectations.
+ **Change Management:** Understanding of change management principles and ability to train and support users in maximizing the benefits of the Power Platform.
+ **Certifications:** Any Power Platform certifications (example PL900)
**Location Expectations**
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 - $154,990.00
