Power Solutions Business Controller
A Day in Your Life at MKS:As a finance partner to the business at Power Solutions, you will partner with the VP/ GM of the business unit, their staff, and the division and company finance and accounting teams to drive value through data driven forecasting and accurate financial reporting. In this role, you will report to the Vacuum Solutions Division (VSD) Senior Director.You Will Make an Impact By:• Coordinating, administering, and controlling financial operations• Providing tax, insurance and other reports required by governmental regulations• Reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting financial and budgetary reports• Directing all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts• Overseeing the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements• Selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function• Travel Requirements: Up to 10 % of Travel is required. Skills You Bring: • Bachelor’s Degree required• CPA certification and Master’s Degree preferred• 10+ years of related experiencePhysical Demands and Working Conditions: • Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time• Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination• Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand• Must be able to exchange accurate information• The ability to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)• Operates in a professional office environment• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery• Noise level in the work environment is usually average Compensation and Benefits: Salary Pay Range: $165 ,000 - $210,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.  Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
