Job Title: Electrical Engineer Job Description The Electrical Engineer will serve as the Subject Matter Expert and Presenter, representing our client's power systems portfolio. This role aims to accelerate the sales process and enhance growth by creating customized customer experiences. As a key member of the EBC team, you will provide consultative product and solution expertise, tailoring presentations to meet customers' specific interests. Your role includes working closely with the sales team to understand sales objectives and competitive pressures. Responsibilities + Collaborate with account managers, business development teams, sales executives, and other stakeholders. + Focus on single-phase and three-phase power solutions such as UPS systems, switchgear, and transfer switches for data centers. + Lead EBC initiatives around data center power solutions in customer-facing demonstrations. + Develop and conduct product demonstrations and presentations. + Maintain the Power Lab and ensure it is ready for all events. + Capture and communicate customer insights (Voice of Customer). + Interact with Power Product Development and marketing divisions to stay updated on new technologies. + Develop relationships with product groups for technical and product support. Essential Skills + B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent certifications/experience. + 5-10+ years in Power Applications Engineering; data center experience preferred. + Strong communication and presentation abilities. + Familiarity with the data center industry. + Collaborative work style and commitment to continuous learning. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Familiarity with international standards is a plus. + Electrical industry certifications and publications are advantageous. + Open to future relocation opportunities within the client. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $47.00 - $57.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
