GENERAL SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Landscaping Manager, the Power Washer is responsible for cleaning variety of surfaces using high-pressure cleaning equipment and chemicals.

CORE SCOPE OF POSITION

Operates pressure washer machinery safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces such as buildings, concrete areas, and windows. Uses degreasers or removal chemical as label recommends when requested by supervision. Maintains established schedule as requested and provides feedback to improve schedule efficiency. Clean-up rubble, debris and other waste materials from area being washed. Performs other manual duties as directed. Keeps tools and equipment in good repair. Adheres to all company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
