REQUIRED SKILLS:

-   PowerBuilder 11.5 or higher

-   SQL (Database knowledge)

-   HP Quality Center 9.5 or higher (Basic knowledge)

-   Multi-tier Development experience

-   Familiar with data tools, data windows and data stores.

-   Comfortable with stored procedures

-   Ability to work directly with various lines of business and technical teams.
