Tom Wood Powersports Lafayette, is currently searching for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. You’ll work with some of the most iconic brands in the industry, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and help customers find the bike of their dreams.
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about the powersports industry and have excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and their needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions to meet customers' needs.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features, benefits, and applications of our offerings.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.Manage the sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the motorsports or automotive industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively.Strong passion for motorsports and a deep understanding of the industry, including its products, trends, and customer preferences.Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Required- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, preferably with motorcycle endorsement or ability to attain one quickly.
