Tom Wood Group is excited to launch our new Honda Powerhouse Dealership, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our team!  

As we prepare for our move into our new location, we're actively onboarding team members to train alongside our experienced Indy Powersports team on 96th Street. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the launch while gaining valuable hands-on experience with a knowledgeable team, ensuring you're ready to hit the ground running when we open the doors to our new Honda Powerhouse Dealership. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Assist customers in selecting powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.) that best meet their needs and preferencesBuild strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the buying processStay up to date on the latest Honda products and features to effectively answer customer questionsConduct product demonstrations and test rides to showcase vehicle capabilitiesWork closely with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth transactionsMeet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s successMaintain a professional and inviting showroom environmentParticipate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Passion for powersports vehicles and the lifestyle they representStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experiencePrevious sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidateAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers at onceA positive attitude and the drive to meet and exceed sales goalsValid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a motorcycle endorsement
