Powertrain NVH Developer

As a Powertrain NVH Developer (Engineer), responsibilities Include:

Lead the Noise & Vibration Attribute Development of all New BEV, HEV, and ICE Propulsion Systems   Set Noise and Vibration targets for new systems   Execute detailed root cause analysis testing for new Powertrain Technologies   Publish clear concise conclusions, recommendations, and next steps to close gaps to target   Publish Globally Harmonized Laboratory Procedures documenting best practices   Socialize corrective actions to close gaps to target into Vehicle hardware and software 

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related degree field 2 or more years of vehicle development and/or NVH engineering experience Experience in developing new Propulsion Systems to meet noise and vibration goals Experience using test techniques including sound and vibration measurements   Knowledge of Vehicle and Propulsion System Operation     Understanding of digital signal processing and sound/vibration quality metrics Knowledgeable in CAD, CATIA, INCA, and/or Teamcenter Working knowledge of NVH analysis Software (e.g. LMS, Head Acoustics, B&K) Must be organized, motivated, adept with engineering practices Strong interpersonal skills and able to collaborate effectively with other team members

Preferred Qualifications:

Master of Science degree in Engineering Electrified Vehicle Knowledge / Design / Development / Calibration experience EOE / Disability / Veteran
