As a Program Control Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the control and coordination of various aspects of a program. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of programs, including scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving program success.

You will report directly to our Program Control Manager, and you'll work out of our Deer Valley, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

\n

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of program execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nMeasure program performance\nPrepare and publish metrics and reports\nAnalyze program risk\nIdentify root cause, impact, and recommend corrective actions\nMaintain schedule and track milestones\nTrack budget and program financial data\nAnalyze cost schedule integration\nEnsure compliance with project management standards and best practices\nImprove processes\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\nMinimum of 1+ years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles\nStrong thoughtful and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and people-oriented skills\n\n

\n\nBachelor's degree Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics\nExperience with government reporting\nAbility to influence at varying levels across the organization\nAbility to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience\nUser experience of SAP system\nExperience in financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management\nProject Management Professional certification\n\n
