         Pharma and Personal Care – Regulatory Affairs Manager/ NA Regulatory Business Partner

As the Life Sciences NA Business Partner, based in any major NA location, you will execute regulatory differentiation strategies for the successful market expansion of the product and services portfolio. This role reports into the Life Sciences Global Head of Regulatory; with a dotted line to the NA VP & GM. The role partners with Marketing, RD& E, GTC, Bus Dev, Sales, and Corporate Accounts functions to achieve product commercialization. 

 What You Will Do:  

Partner with Division Marketing, Sales, Corporate Accounts, Business Development and GTC to drive business growth. Develop & implement regulatory strategies that provide competitive advantage. Lead PPC NA regulatory-value initiatives that contribute to the Division’s TVD. Collaborate with global PPC and NA regulatory partners and Marketing & GTC teams to develop and execute regulatory intelligence programs that converts regulatory change information to actionable insights. Partner with NA RA & GR teams and GTC to build external networks with key, relevant authorities, and trade associations to represent and protect the Division’s interests.  Drive regulatory thought leadership programs via seminar/webinar participation, regulatory insight articles and regulatory/marketing driven collateral. Engage with customers to showcase PPC reg-value in support of customer-securing priorities. 

Minimum Qualifications 

B.Sc. degree in science or other relevant technical fields. 10 years minimum of professional experience. Strong business acumen & commercial mindset Experience working directly with Marketing & Sales to drive competitive advantage & driving value. Strong organizational, project management and communication skills. Experience in regulatory affairs, including engagement with regulatory officials. Understanding of regulatory impact of product design and labelling changes.No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity

Preferred Qualifications 

Working knowledge of cGMP, pharmaceutical and Cosmetic regulatory frameworks. Pharmaceutical and Personal Care industry knowledge.
