The People Planning Operations (PPO) team designs, implements, and supports workforce strategy and management solutions for Apple Retail. We strive to develop intelligent workforce solutions that empower our teams, elevate the customer experience, and drive Apple’s strategic objectives. As the Shared Solutions Manager in People Planning Operations, you will lead a team of program managers and analysts to define, design, deliver solutions for People Planning Operations programs and other retail wide projects by working collaboratively with operations, finance, technical and people project teams.
