The IRF-PAI Coordinator provides coordination for timely and accurate completion of the IRF Patient Assessment Instrument (IRF-PAI). This individual provides clinical support in completion of data contained in the IRF-PAI to ensure accuracy in the scoring of functional status and reflection of the patient's care needs. In addition, this position assists in ongoing monitoring of identified benchmarks for the inpatient rehab population. The IRF-PAI Coordinator will have access to confidential patient information and maintains confidentiality of all information. Reports to: Rehab Program Director- Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
Education:
Appropriate to licensure: Bachelors, Associates degree, or allied health degree as required for licensure. (Clinical licensed professional: RN, MSW, PT, OT, ST, or other allied health provider.)
Certifications/Experience:
Clinical Experience required. Post Acute experience preferred. Preferred 1-2 years of experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation setting.
