Freese and Nichols is searching for an PR/Communications Specialist in our Fort Worth, TX office. As PR/Communications Specialist you will create internal and external communications, manage projects, and develop targeted public relations campaigns.
Writes feature articles about projects, people and technical topicsReports Freese and Nichols news, finding newsworthy stories and presenting them in a strategic wayConducts research using internal and external resourcesInterviews technical staff, corporate leaders, and clientsManages digital platforms such as intranet, website and social mediaWorks with subject matter experts to produce thought leadership articles on technical topics Becomes communications expert to technical staff and corporate leadershipEdits and proofreads content in accordance with style guideDesigns layout of print or digital materialsContributes to other areas of marketing and sales when neededExercises judgment about communications messaging, strategies and tacticsLearns the Freese and Nichols strategic plan and our sales and recruitment processesTracks statistical data and contributes to reportsIdentifies areas and processes for improvement or efficiency*All other duties as assigned. Qualifications3+ years of communications experience.Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or other related discipline.Preferred Qualifications
