This Systems Engineer/Principal Systems Engineering position is for an individual-contributor within a multi-disciplinary engineering team. Principal Systems Engineer 3 - BS Engineering degree and 5+ years of experience or master’s degree and 3+ years of experience.Sr. Principal Systems Engineer 4 - BS Engineering degree and 8+ years of experience or master’s degree and 6+ years of experience.Self-starter with strong technical problem-solving skills, an aptitude for understanding system and subsystem interactions and initiative to drive product development to closurePrevious engineering experience, preferably on space programs or satellite operationsUnderstanding of Systems Engineering functionsMust have U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI ClearancePreferred Qualifications:

Salary Range: $92,600.00 - $139,000.00Salary Range 2: $114,900.00 - $172,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
