The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.About the Role
Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is seeking a Practical Mechanic to join our Engineering team. The Practical Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all mechanical systems, machinery, and infrastructure within the hotel, ensuring all operations run smoothly. This role requires a skilled and proactive individual who can contribute to the efficient operation of the hotel’s facilities while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

What You Will Do
Inspect and maintain all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems in the hotel, both physically and via BMS (Building Management System).
Perform repairs and maintenance on all mechanical systems and machinery.
Respond promptly to any maintenance issues, guest complaints, and emergencies.
Estimate material and equipment requirements, and order supplies as needed.
Keep plant rooms clean, safe, and organized, and maintain records of all work performed.
What You Bring
Previous experience in mechanical maintenance or engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and infrastructure.
Ability to perform repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and hygiene standards.
