HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

At TMH Physician Partners we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Administrator III to oversee the daily operations of our busy Pulmonary medical practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of medical office management. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing practice performance to enhance patient care.

Duties

Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff.Implement and maintain systems such as Dentrix, Epic, eClinicalWorks, and other relevant software to streamline operations.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all aspects of practice management.Conduct fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.Collaborate with medical staff to develop policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.Provide medical administrative support by coordinating schedules, managing patient records, and addressing patient inquiries.Monitor critical care processes to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in medical office management or a similar role within a healthcare setting.Strong knowledge of healthcare systems such as Dentrix, Epic, eClinicalWorks, or similar platforms.Experience in human resources management including staff recruitment and training.Proficient in fiscal management with a solid understanding of budgeting and financial analysis.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.Familiarity with medical management practices and critical care protocols is preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Education:

Minimum: Associates Degree

Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration

 

Experience:

Minimum: (7) years of job related experience

Preferred: Five (5) + years of experience in Administration of a physician office
