We support clients across many industry sectors, and see our Indian talent being integral to delivery for our Energy, Water and Transport clients in particular.As our Practice Lead for Data Intelligence in our Global Technology Centre (GTC) in India, your purpose will be to lead a high value end-to-end client service team. The service encompasses helping our clients set data strategy and governance, architect and manage their data as a valuable asset, generate data insight through various methods including artificial intelligence and embed powerful visualizations through making calls workflows.The Data Intelligence service is part of our Digital practice. It sits alongside two other services: Technology Solutions and Enabling Services. Technology Solutions is our end-to-end service to help our clients integrate, deliver and run high quality technology their people embrace. Enabling Services encompasses our digital internally managed services that support our wider business.You will need to work with the other Practice Leads in India, whilst collaborating closely with your counterparts in our global regions to: attract, develop and retain talent; manage project delivery to exceptional quality standards; define and strengthen capabilities and service lines; and manage our commercial, operational and risk indicators.This is a team leadership role, you will be expected to complete technical delivery, but provision will be made for a portion of non-productive time.Accountabilities

Develop an top service in organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data at large scale by defining a clear client journey linked-up with appropriate toolchains and processes, building relevant capabilities and recruiting, retaining and developing talentMature the technical capabilities of the practice, being a respected technical expert in multiple capabilities and able to identify and empower others within your team to share knowledge and mentor new and junior team members for the betterment of the practiceEnsure efficient utilization and growth of the resource pool within the Practice in conjunction with the Practice Resource Manager, stretching our talent to meet and exceed their growth aspirationsActively participate and provide both technical and supervision contributions toward the Data Intelligence Global Technical Network (GTN)Collaborate with Market/Client teams, and our GTC Digital Growth Lead to drive sales for the service, and shape the delivery approach, working with Marketing to ensure that practice collateral clearly articulates the service offering and ensuring our delivery approach minimizes risk whilst maximizing valueStreamline interfaces with other Practice areas, both within the GTC and more broadly, to enable high value integrated propositions, identifying complementary expertise and aligning ways of working to reduce barriersEnsure consistently high-quality delivery that delights our clients despite inevitable setbacks, driving the adoption of modern methods in all client engagements, capturing insights to embed continuous improvement and shifting towards a service-oriented business modelMaintain a horizonal view with respect to advancements in data intelligence within the wider industry and proactively bring new ideas and evolutionary concepts into technical and marketing discussions to prompt new ways of thinking and competitive advantages.Person profile

Whilst this role is a GTC leadership position, we are open to applicants from other geographies. Applicants from other geographies will be expected to articulate how they would fulfill the role requirements remotely and would be expected to travel regularly to India if appointed.
