**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Practice Lead, Hybrid Data Center will be responsible for driving the comprehensive suite of modernized infrastructure solutions and offerings across the North America region generating over $100M+ in revenue over the next two years and growing at or above market. This critical role will report to the SVP, North America Technology Solutions.
The primary objective of this position is to lead, drive, build and grow a regionally consistent and sustainable practice aligned to and in support of the overall Technology Solutions strategy. This individual will be responsible for business development, practice development and product ownership that accelerates our regional success within the Hybrid Data Center Practice.
He/she will ensure that the growth of regional practice and business is aligned with the global solutions and services strategy collaborating across NTT DATA. This individual will drive the transformation and growth of Data Center infrastructure solutions that unify on-premise and cloud environments that enhanced scalability, agility and performance for our clients.

**Job Description**
**Strategy**
The individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute the Hybrid Data Center strategy, ensuring alignment of regional plans with the overall global strategy. They will provide leadership, act as a thought leader and establish a center of excellence aligned to delivering on a set of KPI metrics.
**Key elements of the strategy and go-to-market plan include:**
+ Defining target markets and client segmentation
+ Alignment with strategic partners such as Dell, Cisco, Broadcom, HPE and other major hyperscalers to provide tailored, comprehensive solutions
+ Integrating Technical and Support Services
+ Growing modernized infrastructure technology and advisory services to drive innovation and support AI workloads
+ Integrating the right technology and platforms to enhance the capabilities, drive innovation and achieve the business objectives of our clients
+ Aligning Solution Architecture with growth priorities
+ Managing the hybrid data center portfolio lifecycle
+ Promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing
+ Implementing a consulting-led client engagement approach
+ Planning regional resourcing and enablement
+ Developing a marketing plan with strategic partners
+ Conducting regular financial and metric performance reviews
+ Continuously improving value delivery and customer satisfaction

**Practice Development**
The Practice Head is responsible for establishing and delivering effective practice management leadership capabilities. They will collaborate within the region to build a best-in-class practice management team with deep expertise that aligns with market requirements. They will provide governance and oversight to ensure Technology Solutions meets client and financial goals through regular reviews and progress reports on strategic programs and projects.
As a thought leader, this individual will build and lead a regional community of practice for sharing information and best practices and advise leadership on practice principles. The Practice Lead will develop standards and tools for Data Center technology solution infrastructure, positioning Technology Solutions as a market leader.
**Business Development**
The individual will ensure alignment of Product Management, Data Center Architects, Consulting, and Sales on key opportunities. This role includes supporting strategic deals and mentoring regional teams with expertise in transforming employee engagement and customer experience through cloud, AI and innovation.
They will collaborate internally to drive growth by enabling the sales teams and driving the necessary pipeline to meet regional financial objectives while delivering successful business outcomes for our clients. They will measure practice success and promote thought leadership by developing product collateral and disseminating product information within the region.
**Product Ownership**
They oversee the product/portfolio lifecycle, handling strategic planning and tactical activities for product management and growth. Using market intelligence and insights, they influence product requirements. The Hybrid Data Center Practice Lead collaborates with various organizations and partners to realize business growth opportunities and defines product/portfolio strategies. They specify market requirements for current and future products through market research and client engagement sessions.
**For regional product lifecycle management, the Practice Lead will:**
+ Collaborate with internal teams in offer enablement by ensuring offerings are fit for purpose, commercially viable and ready for deployment in the region
+ Collaborate with the delivery organization to ensure teams have the necessary competencies, training, and process understanding to meet client needs and SLAs
+ Engage continuously to understand service performance and client satisfaction, providing input to service delivery, product management, and performance measurement processes
+ Manage the onboarding and communication of product updates in the region
+ Serve as the primary contact for Technology Solutions with the global product management and development team providing offer requirements that reflect our client needs and regional nuances
+ Localize product collateral with regional marketing support
**Client Focus and Sales Performance**
+ The Practice Lead will work closely with Sales Management in the region to drive sales growth. The Practice Head will be required to:
+ Ensure appropriate sales coverage to achieve financial targets
+ Deliver sales enablement training to ensure our sales and solution architect teams can articulate our value proposition
+ Mentor client managers, solution and service architect teams to ensure enablement and achievement of best practice sales strategies
+ Drive the pipeline of sales opportunities for Data Center solutions and services
+ Ensure sales team is proactively driving opportunities with identified clients/prospects in the targeted market segments
+ Deal oversight and engagement in strategic opportunities in order to drive them to deal wins and case studies

**Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or business or a related field.
+ Minimum 10 yrs industry experience and proven success
+ Deep knowledge of data center technology portfolio for core partners (Dell, Cisco, Broadcom and HPE) and validated experience that enhances credibility and trust
+ Proven expertise in leading the design, implementation and management of Data Center solutions for organizations of all sizes, across industries
+ Strong solutioning and problem-solving capabilities
+ Successful track record in achieving business/sales goals
+ Proven track record of launching successful service offerings, teams and skills transformation
+ Experience working with cross functional teams in a highly matrixed organization
