The Practice Leader will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our Hydrology/Hydraulics projects, providing technical expertise, and driving strategic growth. 

Responsibilities Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leadersProvide overall guidance on the design and technical aspects of the team(s) projects Prepare proposals and client agreementsMonitor project tasks, budgets and schedules with Senior Project Managers and Project ManagersResponsible for the oversight of technical and professional development of project team(s)Participate in developing company design and production standardsActively participate in professional associations and civic organizations Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural or civil engineering from an ABET accredited college or universityProfessional Engineer (P.E.) designation in the State of Texas15 years' experience managing substantial projects from conception to completion including estimating costs of technical tasks in Hydrology/Hydraulics projects; at least 10 of those years managing projects; Proven ability to effectively communicate, both oral and written skills, with all level of employees in an organizationProven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leadersProven ability to lead a team of engineers and support personnelActively involved in professional associations and civic organizationsMust be able to work 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
