Our awesome complex infrastructure team make the biggest, most complex and ambitious infrastructure projects happen. Our portfolio of projects is spread across Nuclear, Aviation, Defence, Water, Transportation, Power & Renewables sectors. As Project and Programme Services (PPS) Practice Manager for Midlands, you will be part of the PPS Management Team where you will work with the senior managers in the business to support the PPS Practice Director to deliver our strategy, aligned to our vision and three pillars. Your role will include leading a high performing practice of 30+ project and programme management professionals, motivating our people to perform at their best, with innovation at the heart. You will have a strategic role to deliver exceptional outcomes for the Project Management practice. You will play a key role in the attracting and developing high calibre talent in project management space and delivering an exceptional service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Deputise for the PPS Practice Director when and as required.Working closely with our client directors and key account managers to bring the best talent into the team, looking after their development, progression, motivation and retention.Quality Management (inc. continuous improvement, innovation and maximising our Global Technology Centre.Interfacing with the wider AtkinsRéalis business (including Property) and Engineer services to enhance our brand and delivery our vision.
