YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!In this management role, a Practice Manager contributes to AHF's mission by providing leadership to the healthcare center. This position directly oversees AHF’s more complex and higher volume healthcare centers. This role is responsible for all administrative staff and their respective duties, while collaborating with fellow clinic managers to ensure the proper day-to-day functioning of the healthcare center. Adapting to various situations with ease and flexibility is important. Each role within AHF is essential and we consider each one to be collaborative rather than exclusive.
A Practice Manager adds consistent value to their entire team by collaborating with Directors, as well as other healthcare center administrators to help improve processes, further develop policy and procedures and, effectively manage financial performance. This not only ensures the success of the organization, but also enhances the quality of care provided to our clients.
Employee Engagement and Customer Service are a major focus within our organization. We treat each patient with respect and dignity. Ensuring that our clients are presented with a friendly, professional atmosphere is key to patient satisfaction. It’s the responsibility of the Practice Manager to effectively manage employee engagement and to improve overall patient satisfaction and retention. This is done by consistent coaching of the team and by troubleshooting any patient issues or complaints, acting as a resource and providing solutions. Along with providing impeccable customer service, the Practice Manager upholds the security and confidentiality of all records pertaining to our patients.
