Responsible for managing the structure and daily operations of assigned physician practice(s) and clinics. Managing and collaborating with physicians, mid-level providers, clinical and non-clinical staff and all ancillary departments that work in collaboration with the clinic(s). Collaborates with Directors and Division Chief to develop long and short-term divisional goals as well as annual budget planning. Collaborates with the management team in developing and monitoring operational and quality standards. Manages the financial reporting and analysis to ensure financial performance.
