Practice Manager - IGA | On-Site, Bangalore
**Who we are looking for:** The Practice Manager is responsible to manage and mentor a team of direct reports to adhere to Optiv values as well as successfully deliver on IGA engagements. This is a techno manager role and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to share their expertise with customers acting as a trusted advisor for topics within the IAM domain. They need to have extensive people management skills as well as hands-on experience in deploying large complex IGA projects especially in SailPoint ISC and/or Saviynt. As such, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must as well as the ability to work across multiple accounts and projects interacting with customers, project managers and the Account manager. Our main objective is to help our clients overcome business challenges in Cyber Security. We work to understand business objectives and then design solutions fit for the purpose, deploying these solutions from start to finish rolling out across the business, often globally. We provide trusted consulting services to major organizations, working with a wide range of different business types, work cultures, and technologies. Each client is different, and operates differently, so projects need to adapt to different ways of working. Projects can last anything from a week to several years, and working locations are often spread across client sites of different locations. Successful consulting is about delivering quality and reliable services to our clients and being a subject matter expert in the IGA domain. **How you’ll make an impact:** + As a Practice Manager you will be responsible for providing functional leadership to develop and mature the IGA practice, provide leadership and guidance on the use of IAM standards in application and work successfully as a liaison with various internal business technical partners + You will be responsible for technically leading projects as an Oversight Manager; hence you need to possess excellent collaboration skills in managing the customer, sales team as well as the project team + Minimum of 8+ years of related work experience in developing, implementing or architecting project in the IAM domain, specifically IGA. + Experience in driving large and complex initiatives & projects from framing the problem, conducting research / analysis to building the business and operational plans through to driving execution to success is required + Strong leadership and communication skills – written and verbal -- to work with clients at various levels; well-versed with business and technical discussions + Integrated thinker with ability to apply intuition, experience and judgement to the available data. + Be process oriented, ability to adhere to existing processes and the ability to develop new processes are welcome. + Effectively manage the team to enhance the culture and adhere to Optiv values. + Assist pre-sales activities such as developing client focused proposals + Work closely with project service and or engagement manager to identify key technical requirements, prioritize requirements, catalog requirements, and assign them to project use cases and sprints + Develop and maintain solution repository with best practices + Share best practices with team members to contribute and enhance the IAM center of excellence + Identify, qualify, and assesses new and existing customer opportunities + Create, engage, and maintain strong customer relationships with technical stakeholders + Mentor and coach junior members **Qualifications for success:** **Technical skills:** + Bachelor’s Degree and/​or qualification in an IT related discipline or equivalent technical and business experience + 10+ years’ experience in consulting and Identity and Access Management + 4+ years of experience in People Management skills and responsible for a team of 10+ consultants. + Extensive familiarity with one of the IGA products like SailPoint or Saviynt is a must. + Experience in leading large IGA implementations + Industry certification like CISSP, CISM etc are preferred + Knowledge of the web technologies such as XML, SPML, SOAP/REST, web/app servers + Knowledge of SaaS hosted products + Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) **Leadership Skills:** + Strong customer management and technical leadership qualities + Strong problem-solving skills + Proven team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills + Exceptional analytical and process development skills + Ability to provide technical direction and mentor the junior members of the team + Ability to own innovation activities from the practice and guide other members + Ability to motivate others to perform above the normal expectations + Ability to work in multiple projects and work streams + Strong problem-solving skills + Proven team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills + Exceptional analytical and process development skills + Ability to motivate others to perform above normal expectations + Ability to work on multiple projects and work streams **What you can expect from Optiv** + A company committed to championing Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion through our Employee Resource Groups (http://www.optiv.com/company/about-us#dei-group) . + Work/life balance + Professional training resources + Creative problem-solving and the ability to tackle unique, complex projects + Volunteer Opportunities. “Optiv Chips In” encourages employees to volunteer and engage with their teams and communities. + The ability and technology necessary to productively work remotely/from home (where applicable) **EEO Statement** Optiv is an equal opportunity employer (EEO).
