All while understanding that together we are even better. **Schedule:** M-F **Shift** : 8AM-5PM **Location:** 755 Rinehart Road Suite 200 Lake Mary FL 32746 **The role you’ll contribute:** The Manager of Large Practice Operations is responsible for the overall operational success of their assigned Primary Care Network practices. Provides leadership and direction to the entire team in that location. Manager of Large Practice Operations will be responsible for efficient and effective operations of a practice with at least 7 providers and roughly 20 additional staff members. Responsible for favorable results related to financials, patient experience, provider and staff satisfaction, consumer initiatives, easy access to care, and value-based care. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** · Leads entire team within the practice to focus on service and care excellence. · Recruits, hires, and onboards team members based on mission, culture, and skills fit. · Assists in recruitment and onboarding of Physicians and APPs at their location. · Collaborates with identified physician and APP leaders to advance professionalism. · Builds and maintains positive, effective relationships with all Physicians and APPs in their location. This includes meeting regularly with them, working with them to effect solutions to issues within the practice, and together drive performance. · Completes operational processes that are focused on maximizing use of clinical space, ease of access to care, and patient flow. · Evaluates and manages all key performance indicators to include value-based care, patient experience, finances, staffing mix, and provider and staff satisfaction. · Meets regularly with team members and providers to share performance and drive positive results. Provides oversight and accountability for consumer experience performance and builds and executes consumer focused action plans. Proactively reaches out to patients when service recovery is needed. · Accountable for effective implementation and sustainment of consumer initiatives, including answering our phones, online scheduling, timely appointments, and the like to meet consumer needs. · Accountable for smooth, effective financially viable practice operations. · Delivers on AdventHealth’s team Member Promise to provide team leadership and development using TalentCare. · Ensures workflow optimization and effectiveness for the team which includes Physicians, APPs, and staff. Ensures daily, effective huddles (including Daily Management Boards) are completed within the practice. In addition, the Manager of Large Practice Operations will be responsible for conducting (with the Operations Director) effective Practice Operations Council meetings that drive improved performance and include all key providers and team members. · Accountable for overall financial performance of practice, including budget management and revenue cycle performance. Draft action plans, in conjunction with Finance to ensure financial targets are met, and adjust when performance is not as expected. · Responsible for facility management of the location in conjunction with the PCN Facilities team to ensure practice remains in top condition for patient and team experience. Works with Finance when needed for capital and improvement requests. Ensures practice remains tidy and attractive to patients. **Qualifications - External** **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:** **Minimum qualifications:** · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field and 4 years of healthcare leadership experience · Or equivalent experience in healthcare **Preferred qualifications:** · Certified by the American College of Medicare Practice Executives (ACMPE) · Certified by Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM) **LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:** · Current, valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
