Required License/Registration/Certification None Physical Requirements The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting, standing, walking, with some pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects weighing up to 10lbs and occasional pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects up to 25lbs. Shift Monday – Friday, Day Shift; primarily 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hrs/wk); other hours/schedule as needed. Job Summary This position is located off-campus in Lexington, KY at UKHC KY Clinic South.

The primary responsibilities of the Practice Manager II are to direct the clinic’s business, technical, and nursing support activities and ensure the successful management of all assigned clinics. In conjunction with the Clinical Operations Director, they oversee administrative functions, including operations, marketing, facilities, revenue cycle, human resources, planning, and development.

The Practice Manager II will implement adjustments to the clinic operation that will support enterprise-wide initiatives.
