Position Summary: Works in a dyad leadership role with the Lead Physician to achieve an excellent patient-centered experience, superior health outcomes and optimal financial performance in order to further the mission of the organization. Responsible for providing 24/7 leadership to support the efficient and effective operational and financial performance of the designated practices as well as supporting goals of the organization.

What the Practice Manager will need:

Bachelor's degree or demonstrated progressive leadership responsibility, experience in healthcare preferred.Two years of leadership experienceProject management skills including the ability to implement program, project or process objectives, identify stakeholders and their interests, plan steps, coordinate and allocate human, technological and fiscal resources to accomplish goals and objectives in a resourceful yet timely mannerAbility to develop, implement and administer budgets

What the Practice Manager will do:

Lean processes and change managementPlanning, human resource management, financial accountability, facility oversight, quality assessment and improvement, regulatory compliance and productivity managementResponsible for developing and implementing the department specific tactical plan that is in alignment with the overall integrated health system strategic planCollaborates with a care team of clinical, administrative and medical staff to guide continual process improvement initiative in the adoption of evidence-based practice
