Job Requisition: REQ 3262 Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Days Hours Per Week: 40 hours Location Gloversville Family Health Center Hiring Range : $27.95-$36.34 The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Responsibilities: • Serves as a liaison between practice physicians and office employees, and between the practice and other clinical and administrative areas. • Develops growth strategies and business plans in cooperation with practice physicians and physician leadership. Supports financial, budget and business goals. • Ensures that staffing is in place to meet the demands of the provider's work schedules. May assist with the development and implementation of the physician compensation system. • Monitors the billing and collection functions. • Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll. • Monitors budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts and vendor relations. • Assesses quality of and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other providers. Education: Associates degree in related field required with at least five (5) years minimum in physician practice or health related setting, three (3) years in a supervisory role. OR years of progressive supervisory experience in a physician practice with high school diploma or GED may be considered Outpatient management or supervisory experience required Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards. Knowledge of all aspects of physician practice management.
