Practice Manager (Springfield, Missouri)
Job Description: PRACTICE MANAGER Indianapolis, Indiana The Practice Manager will provide administrative oversight for designed provider clinics within a defined region, to fully support medical provider and enhance productivity from day to day. This position will assure clinic workflows support the best possible patient experience and support providers to deliver the best possible care. What you will get to do: + Assist in developing procedures and programs to include protocols, policies, and best practices. + Actively monitor patient access times for clinics within region assigned and identify any barriers or opportunities to maximize schedules and improve patient experience. + Act as the administrative point of contact for medical education programs for medical students and residents at regional clinics. + Implement and evaluate operational criteria for clinical programs for providers to improve efficiency and ensure quality of care consistent with system directives. + Collaborate with department leadership to ensure timely and accurate delivery of training programs and integration processes for new medical providers. + Manage scheduling and management of space and work assignments for medical staff. + Prepare productivity reports for individual providers and distribute to department leaders, as requested. + Collaborate with leadership team to monitor performance of medical staff. + Evaluate and analyze performance measurement data, and propose improvements for safe, efficient, effective, equitable and timely patient care. + Collaborate with medical staff and department leaders to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities to enhance employee performance through additional training. + Additionally, provide guidance, leadership, and support to clinical staff to assist in the achievement of department goals. + Respond to client complaints and work with other departments, as needed, to develop a plan for best possible patient outcome and resolution. + Act as the administrative point of contact for medical providers.
