Position Summary: The Operations Specialist working under the direction of the Manager or Director of Operations, provides support for the day-to-day aspects of assigned IMG provider practice(s). This position is responsible for scheduling and controlling the daily working arrangements of staff, monitoring the operational flow, and implementing local practice-based improvement opportunities. The Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting the Manager, Operations and the IMG leadership team with ensuring practice performance in line with IMG and practice specific goals and strategies. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for understanding front line practice operations and be able to support the practice in the absence of necessary resources. Position Requirements: + 2–4 years of increasingly responsible leadership in healthcare practice management are required. + Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent years of education, training or experience required. + The starting rate for this position is:$22.63.
