Practice Support Specialist, Licensed

      

The Practice Support Specialist will support multiple Financial Professionals practices by completing applications, forms, advice tools, client support etc. These tasks will require a general knowledge of products such as Mutual Funds, Annuities, Life & Health Insurance. The PSS will possess a passion to serve others and can establish rapport, build relationships and loyalty with external and internal customers as well as coworkers.

**This position has the ability to work remotely.

         

          

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Complete service formsNavigate other business areas to complete tasksIdentify proactive ways to support practicesSupport application prepsData entry into advice toolsIdentify and provide service solutions for members and field partnersSupport other product and marketing specific tasks as neededKeying data entry efficiently and accurately with proficiency in typing/keyboard is required. Polished phone demeanor, tone and etiquette are requiredFlexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.  Schedules do not typically fluctuate; however, there are times where it may change.Has a passion to serve others.  Ability to establish rapport, build relationships and loyalty with external and internal customers as well as coworkers.

Required Job Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required college degree a plus1 or more years customer services experience.High level of efficiency with strong attention to detailStrong verbal and phone skills requiredExperience with business tools (e.g.Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and Salesforce)In-depth experience with one or more financial products (Mutual Funds, Investments, Annuity, Life) and supporting systemsAbility to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential informationFINRA SIE, Series 6 required or obtained within 90 days of hire/transfer.

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $20.88 - $28.25 per hour, which factors in various geographic regions.
