Climate & Sustainability (C&S) is a fast-growing Practice Area and a driving force for BCG’s ambition to become the most positively impactful company in the world. As an Offer Senior Manager, you’ll be a direct contributor to achieving this ambition.

“Sustainable Food and Nature Solutions” is one of several topics that Climate & Sustainability at BCG is organized around. Our Topic teams are responsible for building expertise, insights and tools in their respective domains, creating commercial offers in collaboration with our industry sectors, and building the teams and capabilities to deliver on these offers.
As an Offer Senior Manager, you will lead and coordinate the further buildup of the Sustainable Food and Nature topic and its products and offerings. This includes a range of Product Management activities such as:
Strategic Planning, Analysis and Reporting: Support Topic leader in formulating Topic strategy, translate strategic priorities into actions and liaise with and influence key stakeholders across the PA and BCG, put in place relevant KPIs and help track business progress.IP/Product Development: In collaboration with product leads, experts and other Practice Areas (like Industrial Goods, Financial Institutions, Consumer, Operations, Public Sector, BCG.X and Social Impact), drive the development and enhancement of functional offers and products, including: Regenerative Agriculture (Upstream & Downstream), Nature Positive Strategy, Food Loss and Waste, Agriculture Development (SI) and Water Strategy.GTM and Business Development: Support the development of strong credentials and proposal materials. In partnership with the Knowledge Team, establish and maintain a process to track and sanitize relevant case work on an ongoing basis, for future proposals and BD activity.Thought Leadership: Coordinate across leadership team to determine priority publications and perspectives to release within the Sustainable Food and Nature topic. For priority reports, help define scope and set up a working team to execute.Marketing, Communication & Seat at the Table (SATT): Together with the leadership team and marketing teams, define plan to make BCG expertise in the Sustainable Food and Nature field visible internally and externally, orchestrate the ecosystem of experts and Knowledge Team to deliver against it. Plan includes ambitious SATT agenda with our various partners (WBCSD, WWF SBTN…).Events: Support the leadership team in coordinating BCG’s presence on the Sustainable Food and Nature topic at major global events, including NY Climate Week and COP30.Governance: Support the Topic leadership team in setting up and orchestrating the right governance, prepare and animate the regular meetings / calls associated to itCapability Build: Monitor recruiting and affiliation activities to build the pyramid(s) required to sell and execute Climate & Sustainability projects, esp. in Sustainable Food and Nature related topics. Activate a global a network of product owners and local nodes. Drive initiatives to increase fluency on the products and support enablement of BCG teams, jointly with C&S People team, IPA teams, KnowledgeWhat You'll Bring
Master’s Degree Preferred8-10 years of relevant experience (incl. Successful candidates will feel comfortable operating across intersections of BCG’s matrix organization, in a \"start-up mode\" with a high degree of ownership and a ‘can-do-attitude’, have strong relationship and project management skills, the aptitude to see and hold the big picture, yet also manage the details. Comfort with ambiguity, evolving priorities and eagerness to lean in to support team/projects when needed, are also pre-requisites.

Practice Area Management & Operations team members keep BCG’s industry and functional practice areas operating efficiently. As a member of this team, you will contribute directly to the success of our business through a number of roles, including content development, business process planning and management, marketing, meeting and conference support, and internal/external communications.
As a part of the C&S PA Management & Operations team, you will work with the global Sustainable Food and Nature Topic Leader and their broader leadership team, in close collaboration with other C&S Topics and also with connected industries such as Consumer, Industrial Goods and Social Impact.
As part of the Offer Management community, you will work closely with your Topic team within the C&S PA but also with fellow Offer Management colleagues in other topics, to contribute to the testing / refining and exchange of best practices across the functional community.
