About the Department:\n\nThe Surgical Services Department at Montrose Regional Health is committed to provide quality surgical services and improve the quality of life for our patients. We provide surgical services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.\n\n

About The Career:\n\nThe Pre-Anesthesia Teaching (PAT) Team Lead functions to deliver optimal patient care in a diverse growing Same Day Surgery (SDS) services department. This role is responsible for overseeing operations of PAT, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining high standards of performance and quality work products. This role involves leading a team of employees, providing guidance and support, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with Montrose Regional Health policies and procedures.\n\n

All About You:\n\nRegistered Nurse with a valid license.\nPrevious experience in Pre-Anesthesia Nursing and perioperative services.\nKnowledge of anesthesia protocols and best practice patient standards.\nExperience in a supervisory or leadership role.\n\n
