Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Pre-Construction Manager to oversee RF design, permitting, and NTP entitlement work for wireless telecommunications projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing leasing with tower companies and a strong background in site development and small cell deployments. Key responsibilities include overseeing pre-construction activities, managing relationships with MLA partners (Crown Castle, SP Power, SBA, American Tower) and ensuring compliance with master lease agreements, coordinating and managing leasing activities with tower companies, developing and maintaining detailed project plans, collaborating with project teams, monitoring project progress, preparing and presenting regular project status reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and assisting in budget management and financial forecasting.
