Job Description

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Support teachers in managing aftercare program for pre-K 4-year old programSupport students with the following: Engaging in enriching activities in 1:1, small group and whole group settingsSupporting in managing outdoor playMaintaining the cleanliness and organization of classrooms ensuring the rooms are ready for the start of school the following day Support lead teacher with end of day closeout activitiesSupport students with activities including bathroom support, snack, and rest Ensuring students are safe at all time during their time in school Time:  Monday – Thursday 3:30-5:30; Friday: 12:30-5:30

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Evidence of self-motivation, willingness to be a team player, and has a strong sense of personal responsibility;Ideal candidates are hard-working, urgent, energetic, and are willing to learn and adapt;Is extremely reflective and constantly wants to improve;is flexible and enjoys dealing with unpredictability;A strong candidate will possess strong organizational skills, communication skills (particularly with children), and problem solving skills;Interest in performing a critical support role and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented environment;

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND WORK EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma; Passion for working with K-12 students.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is $18 per hour.
