Description We are offering a contract for a Pre Litigation Case Manager position in Coral Gables, Florida. This role is within the legal industry, where your skills in claim administration, medical records analysis, and pre-litigation will be essential. Responsibilities: • Manage communication with adjusters and insurance companies • Collect and analyze medical records • Acquire police reports relevant to the case • Handle pre-litigation documents for case preparation • Maintain a caseload and ensure all tasks are effectively managed • Complete daily demands related to case management. Requirements • Proven work experience as a Pre Litigation Case Manager for a minimum of 3 years • Proficient in Claim Administration with a proven track record • Demonstrated skills in Medical Records Analysis • Prior experience in Litigation, specifically representing Plaintiffs • Solid understanding and experience in Pre-Litigation processes • Hands-on experience in managing Prelitigation cases • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
