Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a well-known personal injury firm in their search for an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 4-6+ years of personal injury experience and the ability to step into an established caseload and manage it effectively from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and handle a caseload of personal injury cases in the pre-litigation stage from inception through resolutionSupervise and manage a team of 4-6 case managersNegotiate settlements, review claims, and ensure optimal case outcomes for clients

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Illinois bar licenseAt least 4 years of personal injury experienceDemonstrated leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple cases simultaneously

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary in the range starting at $130,000 commensurate with experience.
