This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in used vehicle management and the desire to grow into a full variable leadership position. Responsibilities: + Desk pre-owned vehicle deals to support and guide the sales team. + Lead and develop a high-performing sales staff to achieve department goals. + Manage and grow used vehicle inventory through acquisitions, trades, and outside the box thinking. + Maintain competitive pricing and aging inventory strategy. + Collaborate with F&I and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Preferred Experience: + Prior experience as an F&I Manager is highly preferred but not required. + Exposure to new car desking is a plus, but not required. + Proven track record in used car operations and team leadership.
