**Job Title: Pre Pack Manual Operator** **Job Description** The Pre-Pack Manual Operator is a key position responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production lines. This role involves machine cleaning, proactive detection of safety and quality issues, and timely escalation of any problems to flow operators or production technicians. The operator is responsible for maintaining the equipment, materials, and tools in good condition, as well as ensuring compliance with quality requirements and production standards. **Responsibilities** + Keep equipment, materials, and tools in good condition. + Ensure quality requirements of the LEGO® group are met. + Contribute to the utilization of pre-pack equipment. + Comply with production standards and hourly reports. + Adjust counting machines, baggers, and scales to ensure line efficiency. + Manually handle bricks and mix and match pieces to ensure correct packaging. + Stand for 12-hour shifts with periodic rotation to sitting roles. + Collaborate with peers and maintain excellent communication. + Support changeovers, quality inspections, and machine cleaning. + Perform other job duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Good understanding of counting machines, material handling, and manual tables. + Experience with production/line documentation and process escalation. + Completion of Level 1 on-the-job training verified by LVA training department. + 1-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing. + Experience with assembly line and repetitive tasks. + Standing for 8-10 hour shifts previously. + Quality control, quality assurance, and quality checks. + Inventory management, loading, and warehouse inventory. + General production, assembly, and machine operation. **Why Work Here?** At the core of our values is 'Only the best is good enough,' which has held true since 1932.
