Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do. **About the role:** As a pre-sales consultant the person would take care of the customer interaction, understanding requirements, working on the RFP/RFQ/Proposal preparation and presentations at various stages of customer lifecycle, managing entire documentation in sales cycle and preparing costing sheets, working along with stakeholders and channel partners as required. **Key Responsibilities:** Professional with 7 to 8 years of experience, Responsible for End-to-end management of customer life cycle from lead generation to agreement sign-off with customer, while liaising and working with the end customers, internal stakeholders and channel partners as required Prepare presentations at various stages of customer lifecycle, including introductory pitch, solution demo, proposal presentation Preparing and managing costing sheets, business case documents and eCAR requests Managing all documentation in sales cycle including Non-Disclosure agreements, Master service agreements, intercompany agreements, scope of work documents etc. Creating meeting cadence to work with Solutions, Analytics, Finance, Legal and Project Management Teams on requirements. **Role Purpose:** Proposal Management Agreement drafting Costing workout & SOW agreement creation Business case preparation Channel development Internal team bounding Central data base management for all existing customer **Minimum Requirements:** Excellent with power-point & excel sheet Good communication (Oral & written) & interpersonal skills Technical understanding of IOT Solution Fair understanding of financials Ability to quickly learn new concepts and domain knowledge Understanding and responding quickly to customer issues Sensitivity to cultural diversity in global business interactions Teamwork skills **Benefits:** We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary. ·Make yourself a priority with flexible schedules, parental leave. ·Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities. ·Achieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance Programme **Our commitment to you** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
