The experience we are looking for is the below :
More than 6-8 years of work experience in designing MSS (Managed Security Services) security solutions as well as Projects and Consulting proposals that includes technologies such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), SOC/SIEM, End-Point Security, Network Security (FW/WAF/DDoS), Cloud Security (CSPM/CASB/CWPP), Application Security, VA/PT, Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), OT/IoT Security. Must have worked on RFP/ RFI/ RFQ for global and/or local ANZ clients. Serve as the cybersecurity domain expert, engaging with prospects and existing clients to uncover their cybersecurity challenges and designing tailored solutions that effectively address and mitigate them. Assist the sales teams and engage with clients in deep-dive discussions to identify gaps and risk areas from the cybersecurity standpoint. Leading the requirements gathering from prospects, suitable use case creation, and conceptualizing the suitable solution to address clients’ cybersecurity challenges Demonstrate a deep understanding of the competitive landscapes surrounding various cybersecurity technologies and their relevance to the emerging cybersecurity threat landscape. Must be able to capture the requirements in RFP/ RFI/ RFQ and create technical solution to meet the requirements which would include High-level architecture, sizing, efforts estimations etc. for Transition, Transformation and BAU/Run support along with the applicable risks, assumptions, dependencies etc. Plan and design multi-vendor security solutions to create a cohesive, scalable system that enhances clients' organizational security without compromising operational efficiency or interoperability. Must be able to articulate the benefits of the BlackBox Cyber security solutions and deals. In-depth knowledge of XDR Technology, SOC Architecture, Infrastructure and Data Security, Advisory and GRC Processes. Responsible for managing the entire proposal lifecycle which will include scope finalization, solution design, FTE efforts estimations, commercials, proposal response documents/slide-decks. Responsible to coordinate with internal stakeholders that include Practice/Service leads, Bid team, other technology solution architects etc. Post proposal submission, based on client requirement, shall coordinate, and participate in proposal defense, due diligence, Client Orals, BAFO and SOW preparation as applicable. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong client facing skills, having executive client-facing experience. Apart from proposals, will support cyber security Centre of Excellence with creating capability presentations. Will ensure adherence to internal process and compliance requirements. Should be open for short-term travel as and when required. Required Skills: Cyber Security Solutions Architect. Qualifications/Certifications: CISM, CISSP, CCIE, JNCIE, Cloud Security, Security Architecture. Optional Skill : Network Security experience.
