**Job Title: Precast/ Cement Worker** **Responsibilities** + Mixing, pouring, and casting concrete molds + Learning and becoming competent in 12 different areas within the operation + Starting in the packaging area to learn packing, wrapping, and visual inspections + Using crane hoists and power tools + Utilizing a forklift to retrieve materials or move pallets and sacs + Lifting and moving materials up to 75 pounds **Essential Skills** + Forklift operation experience + Production and manufacturing environment familiarity + Machine operation + Mixing and inspection skills + Troubleshooting and mechanical skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in a heavy manufacturing and physical setting + Sit-down forklift experience, as it will be required in various areas + Strong awareness of safety protocols **Why Work Here?** We offer excellent hourly pay, reimbursements for boots after hire, and a supportive training environment with a dedicated training buddy to ensure you become proficient in each area before moving on to the next. **Work Environment** Shifts are from 6 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday.
