As a **Precision Assembly Technician** , you'll play a crucial role in assembling and testing mechanical, electro-mechanical, and optical subassemblies and instruments. Your contributions will help us uphold the highest standards of precision, safety, and quality. **Key Responsibilities:** + Follow established work, quality, and safety procedures to ensure top-notch assembly standards. + Work with precision tools and fixtures to integrate components into final assemblies. + Perform system qualification by ensuring all electro-optical-mechanical components work seamlessly together. + Keep your work area and equipment clean and organized. + Take on other related duties as assigned to help the team meet its goals. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED. + Ability to interpret detailed drawings, parts lists, and schematics, both in writing and verbally. + Familiarity with mechanical measuring equipment, meters, oscilloscopes, and other test instruments. + Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, electrical schematics, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting techniques. + Basic hand tool skills and computer literacy. **What We Value:** At our core, we are curious, collaborative, persistent, and confident.
