**Job Title: Precision Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking two Precision Machine Operators for our 2nd shift. You will operate a manual grinder or manual mill, working Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Training will occur on the day shift through shadowing experienced Machine Operators. Your daily responsibilities include a 15-minute overlap with the first shift to receive production orders, review blueprints, and operate one of the two machines, gaging tolerances as you work. **Hard Skills** + Operate a mill or grinder + Set up machine + Read job shop blueprints + Check quality of parts + Job shop experience **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in ROCK HILL, South Carolina. **Work Environment** The work environment is a laid-back, safe job shop with no air conditioning but large fans to cool the building. The company specializes in manufacturing and delivering straight and circular knives and other critical wear products for metal processing lines and standalone metal processing or fabricating equipment.
