The Precision Oncology Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for retaining and growing a defined set of AMP accounts through outbound sales calls, by building relationships and upselling call point specific oncology franchise tests.  

This is a remote sales position.


Target and retain profitable AMP business by effectively managing an assigned set of AMP accounts, building relationships and securing the business.Provide overall support and expertise to assigned AMP clients ensuring they receive the highest level of quality service utilizing operational personnel to resolve problems when necessary.Develop a territory plan to retain and grow existing AMP accounts. Upsell oncology franchise testing to existing AMP accounts.Partner with Account Managers and Account Executives to effectively transition and grow accounts.Educate customers on all Quest and AMP Diagnostics processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely transactions.Prepare and present proposals and bids by using all standard processes, procedures and templates.Stay abreast of changes in the marketplace impacting customers. Maintain a working knowledge of company products and those of competitors and share this information with sales leadership.Ensure total compliance with all company policies and government regulations.Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.

Required Work Experience: 

Minimum 1-2 years business to business sales experience.Knowledge of healthcare, pathology, and oncology screening/testing. Formal sales process training. Ie: challenger sales.Solid PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
