Predictive Maintenance Technician

Full benefits and these are long term positions.** **Job Description** Candidates must be a self-starter willing to accept maintenance process responsibility and KPI results. **Responsibilities** + Respond and work with a sense of urgency, while maintaining and implementing safe work practices. + Read and understand diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications to disassemble, repair, replace, rebuild, and install mechanical equipment. + Understand belts, sheaves, chains, sprockets, bearings, lubrication standards, and applications. + Understand fasteners, thread types, and proper applications. + Utilize CMMS to support the maintenance function, including review, execution, and documentation of scheduled/unscheduled work on a daily basis. + Diagnose and repair all mechanical power transmission equipment. + Understand gear boxes, mechanical drives, variable speed applications, and motors. + Understand hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including cylinders, valves, manifolds, vacuum systems, air filtration, and lubrication devices. + Understand pipe fitting, insulating, rigging applications, and use of mechanical tools, hand tools, and power tools. + Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, incorporating safety and health in all jobs and tasks. + Ensure a safe and healthy workplace for everyone. + Adhere to Quality work practices, follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and maintain sanitary conditions. + Ensure product quality is maintained by following policies, procedures, and activities related to Food Safety and Quality, aiming to reduce process variability. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical/electrical maintenance experience + Experience in food manufacturing **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Preventative maintenance + Experience with vibration and ultrasonic analysis **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 80 hours of PTO per year to start, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with up to a 6% company match.
