Job Title: Predictive Maintenance Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Predictive Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves analyzing data collected from Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) routes, as well as collecting and analyzing data from various monitoring technologies such as ultrasonic, infrared, and vibration. The technician will also be responsible for performing root cause failure analysis and managing predictive maintenance equipment.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze data collected from CBM Condition Based Maintenance routes.Collect and analyze vibration data, manage vibration software database, and set analysis parameters and alarms.Monitor and lubricate rotational equipment components using ultrasonic technology, and detect compressed gas and steam leaks.Perform mechanical and electrical infrared preventive maintenance, analyze IR data, and generate reports.Conduct motor circuit analysis, including off-line quality acceptance testing on new motors and on-line and off-line testing on critical motors in operation.Process and analyze machinery lubrication samples and provide reporting and recommendations.Manage and ensure safe usage and storage of predictive maintenance equipment.Assist in the creation and updating of predictive maintenance routes using appropriate technology.Essential SkillsPreventive maintenanceMaintenance technicianTroubleshootingMechanical and electrical skillsPLC troubleshootingExperience with Allen Bradley PLCsBlueprint readingEquipment maintenanceCMMS or maintenance system experienceSchedule planningData entryWork ordersMaintenance planning softwareElectrical maintenanceMinimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or food/beverage maintenanceAdditional Skills & QualificationsCBM Tech or Predictive Maintenance experience is a plus, training providedExperience with motors, gearboxes, and 3-phase systemsExperience in the manufacturing industryWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garland, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00/hr.
