The Prefab/Modular Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction of prefab/modular structures. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and adhering to project schedules and budgets. Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the construction of prefab/modular structures Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets Perform quality control inspections Address any construction-related issues and provide solutions Oversee safety compliance on the construction site Manage and supervise construction teams Maintain accurate construction records and documentation

Requirements: 

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Supervisor in prefab/modular construction Strong knowledge of prefab/modular construction methods and technique Experience in coordinating subcontractors and suppliers Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
