As a Preferred and Small Business Banking Content Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee capabilities and ensuring that team members across Preferred and Small Business Banking are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.Collaborating closely with the Preferred Banking Training Team and subject matter experts (SMEs), you will design and develop internal SharePoint portals and resource centers, produce high-quality graphic assets and training collateral, and create engaging multimedia resources. You will also manage multiple projects in partnership with the training team, ensuring timely delivery of impactful resources while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with a passion for innovation in training delivery and employee engagement. In addition to designing and delivering high-quality training materials, you will evaluate their effectiveness through measurable outcomes. By analyzing key performance metrics, you will assess the impact of these resources on employee performance and development. Leveraging this data, you will make informed recommendations for continuous improvement, ensuring that all content remains dynamic, relevant, and responsive to the evolving needs of Preferred and Small Business Banking.

What we are looking for:
Design and Maintain Training Platforms: Develop and manage user-friendly SharePoint portals and resource centers, ensuring functionality, accessibility, and regular updates to align with organizational goals.Create Engaging Visual and Multimedia Content: Produce high-quality presentations, graphics, infographics, videos, podcasts, and voiceovers that enhance employee training and align with brand guidelines.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal teams to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and tailored to training needs.Support Training Initiatives: Provide creative input, resource optimization, and innovative solutions to elevate the employee learning experience.Drive Engagement and Continuous Improvement: Promote dynamic learning experiences by identifying needs, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring resources resonate with diverse audiences.What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and multimedia production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant MS tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate content effectiveness and apply data-driven improvements.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Benefits you’ll love:
